1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck44net ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck44net website, mobile interface, progressive web application, and all associated gaming and betting services.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on ck44net, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. ck44net reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and ck44net.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between any English-language version of these Terms and any translated or localised version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ck44net platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ck44net, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from ck44net or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions

ck44net primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. The platform does not intentionally accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the sole responsibility of the player to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. ck44net makes no representations that the services are appropriate or available in any location outside its primary service territory.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming services on ck44net, you must create a registered account by completing the registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on ck44net. Opening, operating, or controlling more than one account — whether in your own name or under any alias, alternative email address, or alternate identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, ck44net reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ck44net strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account for additional security. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account is your sole responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to ck44net support immediately upon discovery.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

ck44net is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or Smart NID.
• A valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• A driving licence or other government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent) dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash account showing your registered mobile number).

ck44net reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ck44net supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. Supported channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. ck44net does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ck44net balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Prior to processing any withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification.
• The minimum cumulative wagering requirement on deposited funds (where applicable) must have been satisfied.
• Any active bonus funds must either have been fully wagered or forfeited before a cash withdrawal is initiated.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigation, restriction notice, or suspension.

Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are processed promptly for accounts in good standing. ck44net reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ck44net are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated. Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ck44net is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

ck44net offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates. Where these specific terms conflict with the general bonus policy set out in this section, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is met. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ck44net reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus, void any winnings derived from that bonus, and close the associated account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement in normal gameplay, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, winnings generated from free spins or no-deposit bonus credits may be subject to a maximum cashout cap. The applicable cap, if any, is stated on the individual promotion page. Winnings exceeding any stated cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ck44net sportsbook and all wagers placed in the casino are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and game configurations before confirming any wager. ck44net will not be liable for player errors made during the betting or gaming process.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on ck44net — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, Test matches), football, kabaddi, tennis, and other sports — are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules govern settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting restrictions, and the treatment of abandoned or postponed events. ck44net reserves the right to suspend or void any bet market at any time if it has reason to believe the integrity of the underlying event has been compromised, or if technical or data errors have affected the accuracy of the odds offered.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on ck44net — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing/arcade titles — are powered by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The random number generators (RNGs) used in these games are independently certified for fairness. 6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a network disconnection or technical failure during an active game round or live bet, ck44net's system will handle the interrupted round in accordance with the game provider's documented disconnection rules. For casino games, the game server records the state of the round at the time of disconnection; if a round was in progress, it will be completed on the server side and the result credited or debited accordingly. ck44net is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by issues on the player's end, including internet outages, device failures, or browser crashes.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ck44net platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known bug or error are void and must be returned.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the ck44net software, platform, or content.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the platform's infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Sharing or publishing your account credentials or allowing any third party to access or use your account.

7.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck44net platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of ck44net or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of platform content without prior written consent from ck44net is strictly prohibited.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ck44net reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools available in Account Settings.
• Prolonged account inactivity (as defined in the dormant account policy available in the Help Centre).
• An instruction from a competent legal authority or regulatory body.

8.1 Account Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting ck44net's customer support team via live chat. Upon receiving a valid closure request, ck44net will process any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification of identity and eligibility, unless the account was closed under a self-exclusion agreement.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ck44net will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee or closing the account. Dormancy fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the Cashier section and will not reduce a real-money balance below zero. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck44net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. ck44net's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
